Runningpractise: 2,4 km. 12.08 min. (incl. warmups). A little faster run today, but had to run the last 800 meter in a brutal pace (for me anyways...) :uhoh2:
2,4 km. back again, again with some short intervals.
Total time 26.08 min. Freakin' sweet! :xyxthumbs:

I'm training for the physical educationon the Danish Police Academy, at which I'm starting April 1st. That should explain all the running and chinups. At the Academy there's a maxtest with chins, bench at 50 kg, running and an obstacle course... :ughnoes:

It's been awhile, but I've decided to start logging here on MM again, since the Danish board, http://www.motion-online.dk is getting boring and uninspiring -> people don't comment in my log that often... :angrydude: But, I'm hoping people here will read and comment like your life depended on it... :ughfingers:
I'm still at The Danish Police Acadamy 'till January where they let me out on the streets with a loaded gun. I'm having some good workouts these days, both lots of selfdefence, running and, of course, lot's of BB! :gaygay:

Self defence. Lots of technique and some floor fighting.

Tuesday 23.10:

Running practice with the class.

Warmups: 3 km. jogging, 1 km. run and 1 km. sprint.

Interval: 40x100 meter. :uhoh2:

Had to run 100 meter within 30 seks. and then back, for 4 rounds of 10x100.
Good legs today, even though it got fucking hard when we had to do the 100 meter in 25 secs. in the last 10 laps. :ughnoes:

Training is pretty varied, lots of cardio and self defence, and of course Teh BB! (the most important).
I can't wait to get on the streets. I'm really bored with the school, even though it's packed with neat things like shooting practise, insane driving public order training. Still, I'm looking forward to the 2nd of January, where my 1½ year of practical training begins, which is gonna be sweet.
