Thanks, Line! Chins and dips are an ecxellent combo. And I actually like runnning to teh gym... Even though it sucks working out in my running clothes. Jeez... :uhoh2:

Running: Planned to run a test at the 2,4 km. time, but my chosen route turned out ti be a long, semi steep hill, so instead I ran some intervals:

(Warmups incl. 3xrunning stairs)
3x400 meter (up hill)
2x400 meter (down hill)
1,5 km. run home + 1xrunning stairs + one fucking steep hill :uhoh2:
Tired to keep the pace at 13-14 km./t. in the intervals, which was tough, but nice to get started at the more nasty portion of the running practise.

Swmming: 14 lanes @ 25 meters. 3 x dive to the buttom at the deep end of the pool. Winters is here, so there's fucking snow everywhere, but since I live right next to a swimming bath, why not slash around a little..? :food-snacking:
