inclines are great too dude, wow supersetting close grips and dips together that had to burn like MAD!

Nice run, with 13 min. at 2,4 km. (the distance I have to run at the maxtest on the Academy), but I'll try and see how it goes when I'm vacation next week. I'll like to get the time under 10 min. at the test. (I ran 10.05 min. at the physical test). :ughfingers:

Hey, bro it's been awhile! Sorry to have missed some brutal sessions but I'm glad I got to see this one. The benching/pullup work is great and as usual the Yate's rows are outstanding. My sympathies go out to you for having to train with Mr. Fantastic and one of his "partners" :49:

Thanks, bro! Even though there sometimes are a few days between the 'brutal' sessions, because of the all the running, it's still nice to get down and dirty in teh dungeon. Gotta love that heavy iron. :hsughr:

NICE! :) your an excellent inspirer, how is doing actual cardio outside
better than inside on a bike,tready, elliptical?
i only do cardio outside on bike :confused:

Thanks, Hypo! :) Well, I really don't consider my running cardio, because it's preparation for the Police Acadamy, so I have to run properly. If I could have it my way, I'll only be tearing it up in the dungeon instead for wasting precious calories running... :xyxthumbs: No, I really like running outdoors, since treadmills suck the fun out of everything and blows totally. Get outside and stop walking on mills like a rodent... :food-snacking:
