Nice to get 5 km. time under 30 min. It was almost freezing, so it took some time to get warmed up. Tomorrow: Strength training with lots and lots of chins.

Running: 5,0 km. 26.59 min. incl. varmup, 200 meter steep hill and 500 meter sprint at the end. :hhj: Fucking freezing, but good run. I'd like to get the 5 km. time under 25 min. soon, but maybe it'll happen when I run fresh and not after three days of work... :ughfingers:

Yup, and with the windchill factor it gets even nastier... :disgust: Stupid winter, maybe some more global warming should kill it off soon, since we've had the warmest winter ever - but it's still not enough... :49:
