Haha you sucked ass today dude :D

No seriously - I thought you'd break down the wall on those calf-raises :eek5nono: :gaygay:

Weird that biceps work hurt your elbow...? Usually extention work is the problem...

Well, my friend... with all that WL stuff you did today:
Indiafout 1
. No seriously - I'm still in awe with your session yesterday - great fucking PRs. Sweet. And the deads and negatives today, they looked heavy, but easy... :xyxthumbs:
I don't know really about my elbow, it just hurts when I flex my biceps as doing a curl, so I think it's combination of bench, chins og curls that's maybe too much. I'll take it easy the next few times and get a feel for it... Can't really be bothered with 10x10 curls - my legs are big as they are... ;)

Line: Hey, bro! Yeah, I got Yates my mind! :gaygay: If Yates' training doesn't motivate you, nothing will... Maybe Tunen and I should start a Dorian fanclub soon. :xyxthumbs: Thanx for the probs, man - will attack the iron just for you then. :hsughr:
Tweak: Thx dude! I own Tunen both in calf strength and SIZE. :2:
Hypo86: Thanks and welcome to the log. I've got some ghey joints myself, got to take care of them... Sucks, but lots of warm up, good form and lots of fishoil seem to do the trick. Keep checking back! :food-snacking:

Bench went absolutely fine and I'm still a little shocked by the volume of chins, but they just went great, in good Fonda-style even with a BW of 108 kgs... :hsughr:

Yates row:
10x70
10x100
8x140
8x130
8x130
First workset was heavy as shit, but the next two went driectly in THE MIGHTY BACK.

Rackpulls:
5x130
5x170
5x170
Probably shouldn't have done them today, since my back was cooked after chins and row and now my lower back hurts. Goddammit, I shoud know by now...:disgust:

Db. delt press:
10x20
10x24
5x32
6x30
Not much juice left after benching, I'll be back next time. :)ughfingers:)

Calf i hacksquat (weight+sled) + seated laterals:
10x100 + 10x14
10x140 + 10x14
12x140 + 10x17
12x140 + 10x17
Good form here.

Fucking great session. And the benching and chins are going really well. Sweet.

Training - IK99

Frontsquat
(5 warmupsets)
8x80
8x80
8x80
8x80
8x80
Should've done 3 sets, but they went so well, so why stop...?

Bench Gill. + WG chins DE
5x80 + x1
5x80 + x2
5x80 + x3
5x80 + x4
5x80 + x5
Somewhat heavy bench, but technique was ok. Chins were Fonda style with a bonus hold on the top of every rep.

Incline Db. press:
8x24
8x27
8x34
8x32
8x32
Lots of mass on the upper chest.

CG bench + standing Db. curls:
8x70 + 10x17
8x70 + 8x22
8x70 + 8x22

Hammer curls:
8x27
8x27
8x27

Good round, though some what long... Frontsquats went great, and it's always nice with some good ol' disco. :gaygay:

This is one of those things that sets your attitude towards training apart from almost everyone I know. The other day I did three heavy sets for squats and was hating myself for it; you just want more and that's highly commendable. I was also very impressed, as you said, with the volume of your chins while supersetting them with benching. You seriously never have a dull session in here; I'm sorry for missing the ones I have.

I'm going to be a policeofficer! :hsughr:
Finally, after two years of a little blood, lots and lots of sweat and some tears I've been admitted at the Danish Police Academy. It's been a struggle but it's been worth it. I'm starting around the 1st. of April and I'm really looking forward to begin the new chapter in my life.

Thank you, Line! I really appreciate your comment, it means a lot to me. The workouts have to be a challenge and I'm trying to beat myself everytime I step into the gym. Anyways, you squat way, way more than I do, so I can understand it sucks having all that weight resting on your neck... :)
I'll try to keep an eye on your log, just been busy lately... Keep checking back, bro!

Running: About 4,5 kms. Good pace and I'm really looking forward to get the running-training more constructed. Will start up easy in February and then get busy in March.
