Thanx, bro! I'm gonna try to bring that bench up, it's so weak, it's embarrasing... :uhoh2: Could use some good ol' mass on the pecs. Tired of being a stickboy with big legs. :49: But, the folks at the dungeon just bought a decpeck ma., so I'll have my bench up in no time. :hhj: :ughfingers: (Idiots, instead of replacing those bended old bars and maybe some heavier Db.s, but no, a weightlifting club could surely use a decpeck ma... :disgust:)

Which means once or twice every ten days? Nah, maybe I should look into a benchpress program. Maybe not Smolov Jr., or perhaps I should just bench every other WO, since benching every time hurts my joints too much. Is there a program you can recommend?
Still, I think it'll be a nice thing to bench together, since I really need someone to kick my ass, otherwise I'll just be doing flyes and pushups all the time... :ughnoes: :xyxthumbs:

I might be able to make it 16ish... Let's just call that a date :gaygay:

Program: try and make an .xls with some waves on BP, keeping the tonnage constant eg. 3000kgs per session. You'll have to adjust set/rep ranges to do this: 10x3@100 = 3000kgs ^ 7x5@90 = 3150 and so on.

Example of the "wave-principle": 70kg > 80kg > 90kg >100kg > 80kg > 90kg > 100kg > 110kg > 90kg > 100kg > 110kg > 120kg (this is three waves). As I suggested, adjust the set/rep ranges to fit a certain tonnage.

2 times benching a week should do the trick dood :food-snacking:

Also, you should keep doing your CG presses - perhaps some board-presses as well (CG's on the 1st BP-day and boards on the 2nd).

These are suggestions for you to work with. Post the shit when you think you're finished working with it and I'll review it. :xyxthumbs:
