damn you and all your supersets as always, ouch...rows and rear raises, thats a combo that burns quite a bit.

Ever tried Front Raies supersetted with Side Raises supersetted with Rear Raises all for one set, give them a try, keep the same weight for all three movements, you should like it since you already like all this crazy shit you already do lol. :hay:

Hey Tweaky! I've tried some Cutler-style supersets, which is front raises w. presses and laterals w. shrugs. Beats the shit out of those puny delts... :xmasbigok: Btw. I'm really glad that you take the time to comment my training (and many of the others guys'). Keep it up dude! :xmaswiggle:

Hey Tweaks. Nice of you to drop by, man. But please don't feel like have have to comment every last one of my sessions... :) - but sweet of you to do anyways! :gayaway: And yeah, yeah, not everyone can do chins like you... but I still weigh 105 kgs. and I haven't done them that much lately, because they screwed up my elbow, 'cause I was doing them every WO due to the policetest. But, they are comming along... :xmaswtfgay:

Running: 4,7 km. Time: 29 mins.

Early morningrun, with only a small serving of cereal in the stomach. But it felt fucking great to get outside and finally pick up the running again! I also had to try my new Nike runnningoutfit i got from my girlfreind last night. Sweet!

dang without me commenting in here it seems like almost nobody does :tear:

so here we go, your last session.

chinups are excellent and supersetting them is always very impressive.

Your rows are crazy strong, no suprise there, and I dont know how you managed to superset that weight with laterals afterwards :eek4:

Bicep supersets, ooooouch, if your like me, your biceps burn out extremely quick, so supersetting them hurts like a mother. Props to you for doing that and a very solid session by the ol Tilly pie! :hay:
