Squat + WG chins/behind the neck chins (alt.):
10x60 + x3/x3

Workset were nasty and heavy as shit, so I've decided to do some ligther squatwork, with higher reps, which seem to do the trick better and the take some load of my lower back.

Yates row + Db. delt press:
10x60 + 10x20
10x60 + 10x24
10x110 + 8x30
10x110 + 8x30
Easy rows and great presses.

Db. row + seated laterals:
10x46 + 10x12
10x46 + 10x14
10x46 + 10x14
No trouble from my left elbow. Sweet.

Should have done some work for triceps and traps, but that'll be after work Friday. Good session with some good company, lots of yelling and trash talking.

those rows of yours are mighty heavy, and supersetting them with db press is nutts, I bet that felt great though.

Db Row and Side Laterals must have been just as bad, great work Till. You sure do love them supersets.

For some reason the squats have been buttheavy the last few times... I guess it's my work that plays an evil role - which sucks big time. Still, I try to give my best when it's quadblasting time, since they are my favorite bodypart to train. I just have to watch put for my lower back - I can feel an annoying pain right now, so try to lighten up a bit the next month, when it's busy time a work - which means 10-11 hours standing up, with no breaks.
Chins where ok, tried the BTN version, just for fun, which they're really not when you weigh 105 kgs... :yardsalebroly:

Good to see you're starting with incline work since so many people neglect it. Then to do quads after all is said and done is just plain sick. I would've gotten sick for sure so props to you for putting it all out there. Keep hitting it hard, bro :xyxthumbs:
