6'2" and squatting ATG, talk about some range of motion :eek4: lol

I'm 6', 2 inches shorter(I'm American I dont use those damn metric units :no: lol) and squatting that deep definetely takes a bigger toll on us taller guys I think.

this is my first time in your log and from what I've seen you push some really good weight. That last workout looks real good, nice work with the super-sets, which I see you like to fit into your sessions. Look forward to following your log from here on out

Thanks man, and welcome! Nice to hear from a Kiwi, some years ago I spent a month driving around New Zealand with a friend, from the North Island to Qeenstown and back. Lots bungyjumping and drinking a whole lot of Tui beers. Ah, precious memories! :D Keep checking back!
