Yeah, Yates' and delt presses are going better. And I'm hoping to get those calves to infinity and beyond. :xyxthumbs: To bad I'm nt getting any competition from Tunen, his calves are actually getting smaller the more his trains 'em... :uhoh2:

Hey hey! I do the Yates row as a personal prefrence, becuase I fell them better in the lats, than normal BOR. Plus the exercise forces you to really focus on form due to the ROM. Thanks for the input. Keep checking back. :xyxthumbs:

Looks good dood. But remember that 1RM in the Gillingham cycle is what you expect to lift after the cycle (current 1RM + 5-10kg).

Thanks, dude! I know about the 1RM, and I've purposely sat it low (I lifted 100 kgs. once a few weeks ago, so that's still my current 1RM, and I know it blows) so I've set the 1RM after the cycle to 105 kg. and then upped the kgs. in the cycle a little. If I, for some unknow reason, should feel the numbers are too low, I'll try and increase them...
How are you training next week? It sounded like IK99 is getting run over with WL'ers at 10.30 and 16.30 or what? Training tues, thurs and sat. instead? See you in the dungeon! :gaygay:

Sounds allright with the Gillingham cycle. Though you can press way more than 100kgs mate...

I'm hooking up with a cousin tuesday in teh IK :)
