10x150 meter intervals.

Time: 31-33 sec. on the intervals. Pauses between 40-45 sec.

= Death and dying.

Crawled over to Frb. Gardens and then ran:

3x110 meter hillsprints. Around 38-40 sec on the sprints.

= Almost puked.

1,1 km. run home.

Fucking hell that was brutal.
