Mrs. Hypo: Supersets rocks, man. Keeps the intensity up and gets the work done in less time. And it's very fornunate to be able to train at work, so we're really pumped up when when we hit the streets in those white patrolecars. :xyxthumbs:

Ran to Fælledparken to meet up with my trainingpartner, Maiken.

Total running:
9,26 km. 48.10 min.

Halfway I did some:

Also did some monkay walk. Thats hard. But did the course twice - which is a clear PB! Tadaa! :tiphat:

6,0 km. 29,35 min.

Good run, even with some sore, heavy legs. I'm pleased with the time, which looks OK for a 5 km run I'm attenting in September, where I'm aiming to get under 25 min.

Monday 14.07:

Cardio.

Teamed up with my two female training partners - yes, now I have two. I rule. :linedrunk:

1,25 km warmups.

While the girls did some exercises in the bars, I went for a little temporun:

2,0 km. 9,03 min. Excellent!

Then on to:

OH chins + pushups:
x10 + x20
x8 + x20
x8 + x20

Monkey walk:
1 x course - back and forth. PB!

1,7 km cool down run.

This is fuckin great, we having a good time, we're all learning some good exercises and it feels nice to have body to train with. Even though this is turning out to be somewhat gheylord functional training. I even did pistols today. Goddammit. :carduindisguise

Wednesday 16.07:

Training on my day off.

Felt like doing something different, so did some 10x10 for a few selected exercises. Boring, but hard work. Very good both for endurance and BB! = win-win. Today, I tried to pick one weight and stay with that through the sets, instead of starting high and lowering as I got tired.

Posted all the sets just to give an idea of the volume.
