Sunday 07.12:

Decided not to run today, since I got home really late from work last night and slept like crap on top of that. I will, instead, repeat this weeks program, which is 6, 4 and 12 km. next week. And the week after that will be a week off, since I start to feel slightly overtrained.

Today there's a christmas party with my wifes family, so I will eat my bodyweight in good, wholesome, fattening X-mas food. :xmasbigok:

Aiming for 10,000+ calories...

Yet another swell session in great company. Pretty sweet PB with those pullups, even though the last few reps wasn't as pretty as the first ones... :xmasbigok:

Friday 12.12:

Interval running.

1 km warups.

Intervals:

200-400-600-800-1000 meters.

My knees, especially the left one, has been sore after the last few running sessions, so I think next week deload will be a good thing.

Oh yeah, and then I emptied the attic today, because we're moving on Wednesday. Lots of stairwalking with heavy objects = cardio of death.
