Wanted to get the running before breakfirst, so ran on half an apple and a glass of water...
9,33 km. 53,45 min.
Route: Gl. Kongevej/Søerne/Danasvej.
Todays soundtrack: Trivium - 'Shogun' & 'Ascendancy'.
Feel pretty good about this weeks workload. Total of 22,3 km running devided on 4 sessions. Two great workouts with some sweet PB in the quest to defeat gravity be doing pullups 'till I puke.
Next week is off, but on Wednesday the family and I move into our new apartment, so there will be some ghey functional training of doom moving all of our stuff.
