Sunday 14.12:

Wanted to get the running before breakfirst, so ran on half an apple and a glass of water... :xmascrunk:

9,33 km. 53,45 min.

Route: Gl. Kongevej/Søerne/Danasvej.

Todays soundtrack: Trivium - 'Shogun' & 'Ascendancy'.

Feel pretty good about this weeks workload. Total of 22,3 km running devided on 4 sessions. Two great workouts with some sweet PB in the quest to defeat gravity be doing pullups 'till I puke.

Next week is off, but on Wednesday the family and I move into our new apartment, so there will be some ghey functional training of doom moving all of our stuff. :xmaskekegay:

Nice sessions bro, moving is a workout in it's self lol.

I remeber this fucker asked me in high school to helpo him move a TV im thinking 32 Maximum size TV out of a house.... I was wrong 3rd story appartment 56 inch. not flat that big fucking box kind.

Big Z -> Well, I'm just envy of your ability to move objects so heavy, that they have their own gravitypull...

Dr. D -> Updates will be follow, just read below... :xyxthumbs: I mostly use fullbody sessions when I've taken breaks from training, just to get all muscle groups worked througt, before going back to the usual split. So it's not something comstructed or planned. But thanks for the comment, and have a happy New Year.

i was doing a few full body workouts during my contest prep at one stage, something like this below

Deadlifts
dumbell pullovers
leg press
and afew other exercises, it wasn;t to bad
but the volume was low with 2 - 3 sets per exercise

But anyways, looking forward till ur back into ur training spit and running tho's long mile runs :keke:

i gotta get back into doing dips aswel, i miss that exercise :tear:
