Sunday 30.11:

Running after sleeping 3 hours after the nightshift.

8 km. 45,21 min.

Today I didn't run because I wanted to, but because my program said I had to run a total of 18 km this week. After the 10 km run on Tuesday, my knees were a bit sore, so skipped a running session, but still got the 18 km in two sessions, which is very nice.

Soundtrack: Misc. Hatesphere.

Very, very good run in some lousy weather.
