Weeks total: 14,5 km. Not impressive numbers, but this was the first time I've run three times a week since the Police Academy. Slowly getting there.. :ughnoes:

Beautiful bro beautiful, remember this though strength is a gift but is nothing when compared to hard work and dedication to improve ones self. In every scenario every campaign of war hard work and training will always overcome the odds of adversity. Talent will only take you so far and those whom have the talent usually per capita of the talented don't have the drive to compete on a level that those with hard work will always push themselves far and beyond.

Yessirs. Running program is going well so far (I'm on Day 2 of Week :))

The greatest thing was the fact that I got out of the door, since I was so close to quit, because it was aftetnoon and I was tired. Freakin' sweet.

Just remember that little voice telling you to rest, or take the day off is your body wanting to slack off, you gotta tell it. "Fuck you we're running!" And... thats what you did love it.
