Did a total of 5 sets of 10 rep OH pullups between the first few supersets. Goddammit, that feels good to be able to write that. Doing even 1 set of 10 of OH pullups used to be a challange. Sweet.
Damn The Hill of Doom was though today! Spend the last week with a stuffled nose and really felt that today. Good run, non the less, since I was sporting my new Nike runningshoes.

Ran all three intervals to the Slayer track 'Raining Blood'. The track lasts 4,14 min. When the track ended, it was time to run again ~ 1,30 mins pause between intervals.
