Damn The Hill of Doom was though today! :ugh: Spend the last week with a stuffled nose and really felt that today. Good run, non the less, since I was sporting my new Nike runningshoes. :gaygay:

1,85 km. warmups.

Devil's Interval: 666 meters. The intervals end with The Hill of Doom.

1: 2,44 min.

2: 2,52 min.

3: 2,44 min.

Ran all three intervals to the Slayer track 'Raining Blood'. The track lasts 4,14 min. When the track ended, it was time to run again ~ 1,30 mins pause between intervals. :ugh:

1,85 km. run back to work.

Soundtrack: Slayer - 'Reign in Blood'. Best fucking metal album. Ever. Going to see Slayer on the 21st. Evil.

Interval running after working 07-16:

Warmups: 10 min.

Did two intervals along the two long sides of the small lake.

1st interval: 360 meters. 2nd interval: 300 meters.

Did 5 of each intervals with jogging/walking between the intervals.

Total of 5 laps around the lake.

Times between 1:30 and 1:47 min.

Soundtrack: Metallica - 'Master of Puppets' (warmups) & At The Gates - 'Slaughter Of The Soul' (when it was time to run fast). :xyxthumbs:
