Great workout man!

I don't want to take credit for at program, but it felt nice to do somthing else than to usual routine... It took 2 hours, though, and that was a bit too long. I rather like to get in, bomb the shit out of the muscle fibers and then get the fuck out and go home to eat and grow... :linedrunk:

Thanks for dropping by.

ive been meaning to pop back in here in regardig the running race you mentioned not to long ago, to wish you the best with it and i hope you end up doing it :tiphat:

when i was a young boy :keke: around 9 - 15 yrs old i used to do alot of cross-country races, they are heaps of fun :tiphat:

good thinking of giving your training partner workout routine a try, its good to change and switch things up, to give your body a rest from your own and try something new which can cause a new spike in muscle growth VIA shocking your body differently.
yeah alot of exercises and with that being sai some of thoughs types just drag on forever :keke: but you did a good job with some nice solid weights and reps going among there bro, good job :tiphat:

Thanks for the inputs, buddy. Much appreciated. I hope the tiny step from word to action will go smoothly when it comes to the marathon... :ughnoes: I always enjoy trying out other peoples trainingprograms - most of the time just to see how much I actually enjoy my own way of training, which todays sessions was a clear image off.

Monday 27.10:

Running. Long intervals.

1,0 km warmups.

1,84 km. 9,22 min.

1,90 km. 10,00 min. - Both around Frb. Have (incl. The Hill of Doom).

1,0 km run home.

Absolutely fine, fine run. Went somewhat all out on the first interval and then tried to keep a more steady pace on the second.

Soundtrack: At The Gates - 'Slaughter Of The Soul' ('World of Lies' and 'Unto Others' fucking rocks).

Dr. D: Thanks for the comments, buddy. :2: The post workout meal was just a suggestion for everyone else -> cookies give a peak to the bicep like no other carb. :linedrunk:

Prince: Thanx. It's great to get some comments on the running, as well. Nice.
