Congrats on the PB on the close grip bench! It's an amazing feeling to rack the weight and know you are stronger than you have ever been in your life isnt it!?

By the way, those super sets you did look great. You must have had a sick pump with the cable cross and flys!

Running.

4,93 km run to Østerbro.

3,02 km with my training partner. (slightly slower pace...:tiphat:)

4,22 km run home.

Total: 12,17 km. Time: 01,09,26.

Damn good legs today. Felt almost like flying over the pavement (almost!).

Soundtrack: The Haunted - 'Made Me Do It'. FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!

Ha, ha. Got to do that running, since I've plans to do a marathon next year... :ughnoes: Only because I've always wanted to and it will be interesting to see if I can do it without comprimising too much of the strength training and losing too much mass. Let's see.
