Spend a great week with my wife and kid at a beachouse, so had lot's of time to just relax, grill, sleep, eat, play with my son and do some cardio:

Monday 18.08:

Running before breakfirst. 5,66 km. (2,5 km along the beach). 31,05 min.

Wednesday 20.08:

1,5 km warmups. 6x210 meter intervals. Slept like crap, so went easy. 10 min. stretching.

Thursday 21.08:

100 pushups on time. 5,53 min. (Phew!) 10 min. stretching.

Friday 22.08:

Running. 8 km. (5 km along the beach) 43,39 min. 10 min. stretching.

Sunday 24.08:

2,4 km warmups. Intervals: 200-400-600-800-1000 meters.

Weeks total: 22,8 km. - Excellent.

Damn fine run.
