Danm fine training. Felt almost flying on those pullups. I hope I will be able to do 20 reps of OH pullups by the time I start at the Police Academy at the beginning of August. I bet with a guy from my old class, that we chould do 20 reps when we met again at school, so fingers crossed.

Did 130 pushups before breakfirst instead. Divided on some 6-7 sets.

Those Coleman curls (21's) must be very hard with all that Bicep exercises around it.

Prince -> Ha, ha. The uniform isn't custom made yet. But that's got to be the ultimate goal. :) I just need some new runningshoes. I've run all the air out of my Nikes... Plus I've upped teh running, since I have my last max test next wednesday. :bitenails:

Natzo -> I just call high cable curls 'Coleman Curls', but they're a nice finish. Got to do some 21's soon, though. Another thanks for dropping by.

Tuesday 19.05:

Interval running.

1,65 km warmups.

Intervals:

300 meter on a slight incline track. 300 meter running/jogging between intervals.

1: 1,12 min.

2: 1,19 min.

3: 1,22 min.

4: 1,22 min.

5: 1,19 min.

1,4 km run home.

Total: 5,72 km. 31,24 min.

That was fucking brutal. Glad I kept the time within 3 sec. on the last four intervals, even though I got tired as hell. Gonna be sore tomorrow.
