Ran to my new favorite interval place, which is small park with a 300 meter gravel track around it.

1,32 km warmups.

Intervals:

1 round (300 meters).

2 rounds.

3 rounds.

1,2 km run home.

Pretty dandy to get in running stuff done and over it in the morning.
