Prince -> Cheers, buddy. Luv the support.

Freako -> Thanks, man. Next chapter? That smartass "That's the end of that chapter!" was mostly a Simpsons qoute from the "Police Cops" episode. :borat:
But actually, I'm gonna start running a lot more, since I want to be in a decent form when it's time to get back to school come this August... :icon_ninja:

Thursday 23.04:

Running in the morning.

1 km warmups.

Cooper test:

12 min = 2,4 km.

Dammit. Even though I kept a decent steady pace, that was way under what I'd expected. But then, I really didn't go all out, at all. This was my first Cooper test since high school, so I consider this one a "practise run", and I will take another test in a weeks time or so to see if there's any improvements. My aim is about 2,8-3,0 km on that test.

1,8 km run home.

All in all a good, beautiful weather and decent legs today.

Soundtrack: All That Remains.
