That got to be a PB. Never done 10 reps of OH pullups with 10 kg hanging from the weightbelt before. That last set with 11,5 kg, was because another guy was doing 10 reps sets with 20 kg in the belt, but he weights 10 kg less than me, so of course I had to up the load a little more... :borat: Bodyweight: 101,3 kg.

CG pulldowns + Seated laterals:
