Miami -> Yup, supersets are the way of the walk, when time is an issue and still want to keep the intensity up. Intensity = Muscles. True story.

Woke up with a sore troat and stuffled nose yesterday, so took the day off. Still a bit under the weather, but just had to get out and get some air...

That 3x15 reps of bodywieght OH pullups is a indeed a PB. Felt freaking sweet, even though that last set took most of my energy... 20 reps comming up...?

Dips + Ez. preacher curls:

Yet another short, but intense and sweaty session. Cool with a PB on those pullups.

Great job on the pullup PB, it's not easy doing three sets in the double digits, let alone at 15! :2: Then you followed it up with another set of 15, who cares if it was underhand.

Running after sleeping a few hours after the night shift.

Hit the wall pretty hard hafway through, but still managed to crawl back home in a decent time...
