Tuesday 07.07:

Slept like crap last night, because my youngest son has the runs. Didn't eat enough during the day, but somehow still wanted to have a go at some intervals = \logic fail.

1 km warmups.

Intervals:

350 meters - 01,23 min,

700 meters - 03,20 min.

1100 meters - 05,03 min.

1500 meters - 06,54 min.

1 km crawling back home.

Fucking hell that was brutal. Was under pressure already on the first interval, but managed to get the job done and complete what I set out to do. Pure mental victory. Me vs. My Brain: 0-1.

Wednesday 08.07:

Joined a commercial gym again (Fitness World) because I'm going back to the Police Academy on the 3rd of August. I guess traning while I'm at school won't be so often, since there's psycial training 3 times a week, plus a 16 bikeride everyday.

But I hope to be able to get a least one BB! style traning session a week, and therefore I've joined a gym that 2 min. from my home and cheap as well. I don't want to spent 15 min each way going to the police station where I train now.

Trained there today and it gym is pretty decent. Although it's mostly Techno Gym equipment, there's some Hammer Strength knockoffs machines, that actually works just as good. And now for the actual training:

Felt pretty good to work out in a new gym. So far training as been something I've done combined with work - training before/after the shifts, which sometimes a can be a little distracting. It was better to go the gym, reck 'em and leave em'. :bullwhip: Awesome pump and good energy today.

Running in the afternoon in the forrest at my dad-in-laws - after a good 1,5 hour nap.

5,0 km. 24,28 min. - incl. warmups.

Good run, even though it took some time to wake up...

Sunday 13.07:

Did some HG pullups hanging from a branch in an appletree in the garden. Did 10-12 sets of 10 reps spred out during the day. Got an awesome pump after each set.. :headbang: Pretty sweet rutine actually, but it fucked up the palms of my hands.

Morning intervals at 0815 hours on a couple of spoonfulls of oats.

1,23 km warmups - incl . 1x400 meter interval - forgot to push to buttom on my watch...

4x400 meter intervals. Times 1,39 min-1,47 min.

Running in the forrest on a track with some nasty hils.

0,6 km cool down.

Then the family and I are going on holiday in Sweden for the whole next week, so it will be running, running, monkey pullups and more running.
