Morning intervalrunning.

1,6 km warmups.

Intervals:
6x130 meter with walking between intervals. Times: ~33 sec.

And them on to:
3x300 meter with running between intervals. Times: ~1 min. 25 sec.

1,6 km. run home.

Total: 6,43 km. 34,13 min.

Saturday 30.01:

Weekly status:

Went down with a sore troat, stuffed nose and the usual crap. The combo with poor sleeping, bacteria from my oldest sons kindergarten and sometimes too high training intensity sucks and kicks my balls over and over again. Grrr.

But still did selfdefence at school on Monday and PE on Friday. Monday next week is maxtest on the obstacle course and on Friday it's maxtest on the 2400 meter. Looking forward to get it over with. Last maxtests ever. :headbang:

Monday maxtest on the obsaclecourse was cancelled, because there was snow everywhere. Doing it on Wednesday instead.

Friday was the last maxtest ever, and it went well.

2400 meter run: 9,36 min.

OH pullups: 16 reps.

Benchpress with 50 kg.: 35 reps.

Bodyweight: 98,2 kg.

Pretty good concidered how little how little I've trained and been stuffed with snot. Feeling really good to have it over with.
Going to change my training a little up unto my physical exam on the 18th on March.

Sunday 07.02:

Overcame my fear and loating and did a run on the treadmill.

5 km - 22,50 min. (incl. warmups). Not too bad...

Then went on to:

This is the new concept that I'll follow towards the exam in March.

That's a PR for the record. Had to sit down after that, and didn't have time to train, but it's fine as long as I went home with a PR in the bag...
