Easy peasy. Good training.

Indeed it was a good round. I used to train at IK99, but it's just too damn far away, when it's freezing and FW is 2 minutes from my home at Frederiksberg... But, come Apirl, I will only be training at my work, which is open 24/7. :borat:

200 meter jogging (10 km/h) between sprints.

Easy, but hard.

Had my first written exam today and still had energy for a little trip to Fitness World, and finish my membership at the end of this month. :borat:

First up: Teh treadmill.

4x700 intervals (16/15/14/14 km/h). 200 meter jogging between intervals.

Then on to:

Benchpress:

Very short breaks here...

Seated laterals + 2 arm Hammer Strength row:
10x12 + 10x2 plates a side.
10x12 + 10x2 plates a side.
10x12 + 10x2 plates a side.
No breaks at all.

Awesome. Easy, but hard.
