Physical exam is fucking done!!!

No more running becuase I have to - now I will run because I want to.

No more fucking "benching" with 50 kg. like a faggot, because I have to do maxtests and other crap.

I never have to run that fucking obstaclecourse ever again. I hate that thing.

And on top of that I got an A in selfdefence. I rock. :icon_ninja:

Awesome indeed. Someone have had a "built your own dumbbell" moment at the gym, so here was this 62 kg. motherfucker. Got to built it heavier though...

Intervals after dropping the kids of at the nursery/kindergarten.

1,2 km warmups.

5 x 666 meter intervals. (Devils intervals, that ends in that fucking hill of Doom.)

Times between 2:45-3:03. 1 minute pause between intervals.

1,5 km run home.

Total: 7 km. 37 min.
