Intervals: 6x666 meters. Times between 2:42 and 2:57. Pauses kept under 1 min. Fastet interval was the last one - fucking ay!

1,6 km run home.

Total: 7,1 km. 39,48 min.

Great run. Last time I did 5 of these Devil intervals, today I did 6. I rule all.

Good round today. The left knee is acting up after the training, so I've dicided that leg training is over for me. There's no point of forcing anything. I've maintained some decent quad size during the last 2 years, where I haven't trained legs, so I won't risk anything trying to get back into it. I'll continue to run like a fuck and train those calfs, which is plenty for the legs of doom and destruction.
