(That's 5,43 km more than 1 km, Freako)

Was acutally gunning for 7 intervals, but didn't have enough time, since I'd to pick up my sons. But cut the length of the pauses down, which made it all worse. Damn good run, non the less.

Running around the first lake 3 times. Sprinting on the long sides - walking/jogging on the short sides.

Aprox. 4 km.

Fucking boring without music.
