Welcome to my log!

About me:
26 yrs. old, living in Copenhagen, Denmark, together with my girlfriend and our two month old son. Have been training for about 8 yeasr, of which half of them seriously. The past year I've trained for the Police's physical test, witch I passed in May, but somehow I didn't make the cut to get hired this time around, but fingers crossed come April. Since I passed the test, my focus has been more on stength training, and not so much on runnning, swimming + BW exercises. Still, I try like to run once or twice a week, even though the weather is getting shittier by now...
I keep a log on a Danish board so mostly I will keep this log because I could use some training in English typing too.
Stats, program, diet, supplements and todays training will follow!

Thanks dude! Yeah, Tunen is my regular training parter but I still need to meet The Legend Amongst Trolls (JB) in person.

I saw your pic on that other board, looking pretty big man. Arms and forearms are very thick for sure

whole upper body is looking thick man good work

Thanx, I think that I'll post that pic here too, just for comparison to a 'before' pic. Don't know if much have changed though, since I've cannot afford Celltech... :tear:

You say you just had a baby, how much time have you actually had to take off from the gym due to the new baby? I'm just curious, because I imagine you would be so stressed with a child, possibilities of going to the gym would be completely outta the question

Well, my son Elliot is a very mild and easy boy (so far :)) so there isn't really mush stress from him. My girlfriend is at home the nexy 10 months, so that also leave me some time to go to the gym. Actually, the first month after Elliot was born I was on maternity leave, and that where I made some of the best gains in a long time... :D But after I started working again, my WO have been comprimised. Crap.
And thanks, I checked your log and you kick some ass in your WOs. I'm really impressed with your pullups and presses man! :xyxthumbs:

Thought I'll post some stats and pics, just to get things started and, hopefully, keep it a bit interesting...

Stats:
Height: 192 cm.
Weight: 105 kg.
Biceps: 43 cm.
Forearm: 36 cm.
Chest: 118 cm.
Belly: 96 cm.
Quads: 70 cm.
Calves: 47 cm.

This is me five years ago (age 21):

Over the years I've gained around 30 kg. of mass, all naturally, and I think I am just where I want to be. Of course there is room for ajustments, but around this weight I still feel faily 'athletic' and I need that if I ever become a policeofficer.
My program is a 2 split, witch is made up of the following exercises:

Day 1:
Squat
Db. press
Db. flyes
Yates row
Db. row
Bb. curls
Db. curls
Calf raises

Day 2:
Bench
Chins
Rackpulls
Delt press
Laterals
Shrugs
CG bench
Dips
Situps

But sometimes I alter it to fit to my schedule - like today...
My diet and supplements will be posted later on - consider this a warning! :ughnoes: - now I'll have some icecream and watch a few Family Guy episodes..!

I gotta say thats some impressive shit.

(most of the SA Police officers here are overweight or obese lol)
