thanks guys, and great to see you back in my log turk:) ill have some pics up in awhile, hopefully not too long:/

anyways, last two sessions this week werent too good, nothing special, i could feel i had been out of it for two weeks to put it that way+ i had to do 4 days in a row since the gym was closed on monday and tuesday. but from monday ill update as normal again:) ill check ur logs then=D

Gargantuan weights, really awesome man. Especially the deads and the 110kg Flat barbell press.

Solid work Bulky! Lookin good on those presses. Heavy Incline is the key. Way to bring the close grips back... I love them. Intensity Bulky... keep it up!
