yeah me too, kinda, i love eating food that actually taste good, but eating your 14678755634 bowl of oatmeal is just plain disgusting. thats why christmas was so bad, i ate when i felt like it and i only ate what i wanted too, like a meal consisting of chocolate and chips.

nah eating is not fun anymore, but thats what it takes for me to grow, gotta keep pushing it down i guess...

same bro, over the holidays it was all cookies and lazgana, now with chicken and oatmeal it gets kinda hard

Great workout! Seemed strong throughout. I know what your talking about when it comes to the holiday break... I think I lost weight too and all I wanted to do was gain weight. And then your stressed because you lost weight... arghh!

Strong throughout bulk! I feel you on the holidays sucking for eating:disgust:. Wish my gym had a cambered bar.

ok so went in again today, determined to destroy my back, heres how it went

5 minutes on the mill, rotator cuff warmups

underhand grip pulldowns(just to get the blood flowing in the lats, no failure sets)

60kgx12
70kgx10
80kgx10

Deadlifts(so decided to make this my staple today, which i dont regret)

60kgx8 wu

working:

120kgx5
140kgx4
170kgx4 last one was hard, just managed to lock it out:2:

after this my back was pretty much on fire, but kept going

Smith machine rows:

65kgx12
85kgx10
105kgx8 drop
65kgx10 kinda fun doing this one, got some good reps, still prefer barbell though:)

dumbell rows:

30kgx15
30kgx15
30kgx12 slow, squeeze, picture perfect form, like lee haney:gaygay:

narrow grip cable rows:

80kgx10
100kgx8 back was pretty much destroyed after this:ugh:

went over to biceps:weaksuace:

straight bar barbell curls:

20kgx12 wu

working:

30kgx10
40kgx10
50kgx8

standing alternating dumbell curls:

15kgx10
20kgx8 (each hand)

seated dumbell hammer curls:

17,5kgx10
22,5kgx7

machine preacher curls:

20kgx12
30kgx12

did 3 sets of leg raises and crunches for abs, stretched my lats and lower back real good, massaged the biceps a bit:keke:

and that concludes this weeks back attack, tomorrow is quads methinks:ughnoes:

Strong deads and rows bro! Keep it up like that and your back is going to be thick. And then biceps... they must have burnt like hell. Solid.

liking those deads man, your getting up there very quickly to the 500club
that arm workout is number 1 for sure, good DB workouts!!
