Strong work Bulky! Killed the deads. Good arm work too, but those poor lying leg curls seem all alone in a sea of arms and back... brother... show them the love and you will have hammies to match your quads. Bring the pain!

yeah those hammie curls were random!! good workout, nice weights after the deadlifting, nothings easy after heavy deadlifts!
