damn buddy chest strenght is amazing, don´t get the flyes but it´s ok. those incline after heavy bench is impressive. 120kg x2 impressive as hell!!!!

thanks philo, the bench isnt a strong lift for me really, totally average, im just focused on bringing it up, really pushing myself when i train it, cuz i need more chest thickness. my bodyweight is floating steadily around the 90 kg mark. im 89-90 kg in the morning, depending on how long ive slept. still got visible abs though, hopefully ill be able to add 10 kg come april when i start leaning out.

Stong benches for sure..and whats incredible is that you brutalized your chest with those high reps and still went so heavy on inclines.Good job ,bulky:xyxthumbs:

Great job in that session. Solid 120kg bench. Moving onto inclines after that and using 90kg is good going too!

I did exactly the same thing on my last bench session - finished off with 60kg for as many reps as I could! Great minds think alike! :xyxthumbs:

thanks guys for the support, heres my quads and upper back session from friday, was really happy, especially since my lower back felt fine throughout the whole session:)

dang, im surprised those lunges dont mess up your knees
i tried those, light weight even hurts :(

You were out to kick your own ass that's for sure... legs, upper back, arms and some abs. Great workout and glad your back didn't bother you.

Crazy volume in that last session, and good call on the smith squats. Glad to hear that lagging lower back pain is gone as well:)

ok so ive been away from the gym for two weeks now, ive been eating way to much shit, and havent gotten down real meals at all, as a result ive actually lost weight these holidays:( only a kg or two but still, that sucks, cause i only have 3 months on me to reach 100 kg, and im still at around 90:( today i was back in the gym though, was worried i had lost strenght, but it actually held up fine:) so now im back into it. thank god christmas is over...
