Awesome workout there mate :2: A lot of exercises so you can hit that back from all possible anagles! Nice. Your barbell rows are incredibly heavy and so are those barbell shrugs!

thanks for all the support guys, the reason i havent been updating lately is because my computer broke down on monday. gotta get it fixed. right now im posting from work which im not even allowed too:keke: anyways, ill try to get it fixed and get back on the board. may take awhile though. still been having some good sessions this week, just havent been posting em.

also, next week i will not be training. tomorrow im going to have a miniprocedure at the doc, which will unable me to train for a week atleast. still it doesent bug me at all, ive come to realize that i havent taken time off since christmas last year. and im guessing im pretty overtrained, atleast it feels like it, constantly tired, elevated heart rate, guess thats what u get when u train to failure and do 20 sets per session for 8 months straight:keke: so last week is off, take care guys and hope to talk to yall soon.

session from yesterday, i didnt get the mole removed yesterday, so ill train next week and then take 10 days off after that.

Conventional deadlifts off the floor:

3 warmup sets

140kgx6
160kgx6
180kgx3
200kgx2 hard, but easy! think i could have gotten one more but it wouldnt have been as pretty
140kgx5(dropset)

close grip benchpress:

60kg8
80kgx6
90kgx4
100kgx4
112,5kgx2

scullcrushers:

30kgx10(more of a warmup really)

40kgx8
45kgx6
50kgx4

rope pushdowns:

20kgx10
30kgx10
40kgx6

straight bar olympic curls:

40kgx8
50kgx6
55kgx4
60kgx2 cant seem to get past this sticking point, i get 2 good reps, and then when i try for a third my form gets crappy and i have to use my back and shoulders too much. i think i have to lower the weight here next time...

seated incline db curls:

20kgx9
22,5kgx6
25kgx4

consentration curls:

17,5kgx10
20kgx7

did some abs too, was a good workout:2:

Mikew: hope theyll go higher, but ive noticed its been getting harder to progress lately. thanks bro:2:

tKD: ye u sure told me i could and yesterday it felt downright light, i was in a real good mindset though, sometimes i feel i psyche myself out, but yesterday everything felt good.

markokoo: thanks for checking in bro, ye my bodyweight is up to 86,5 kg morningweight now, so im getting bigger, hope theyll keep increasing as my bodyweight goes up.

Nice to see you been getting in good workouts mate.
That back session was awesome! Deadlifts and CGP are mighty strong! Heavy skull crushers and wow those barbell curls :ughnoes: I hear you about your sticking points, you may just have to go lower with the weight and get a gd 6-8 reps and keep it at that until you can do 12 reps. Thats why i've lowered my weights because i was coming to a sticking point. I don't progress with low reps except maybe on the deadlifts. Good job though pal :2:

Anyway, after your 10 day lay-off, is that when your going to start Max Ot?

Deadlifts scare me! Holy crap haha. I bet everyone in the gym watches you tug that car off the floor. Keep up the good work bud! Every workout seems solid.

BGL: thanks as always bro:2: yeah its easier to progress rep wise with abit higher reps, going from 6 to 7 reps on an exercise is alot easier than going from 2 to 3. but with low reps u can easily add weight though. yeah after the layoff i will be starting max ot:2: slightly different approach though, abit higher reps for legs, calves and abs. as far as sets and upper body goes i will follow it to a t though.

the KM::D thanks bro:2: nah, i train at a crappy small gym, and i often train early, and there arent too many people there, maybe 5 people using the cardio equipment and 1 or 2 others lifting weights. but yeah, 200 kg on the bar does often make people stare:D

Hypo: thanks for the continiued support bro, much appreciated:)
