Awesome workouts lately man! I can't believe your deadlift strength. Its gone through the roof :ughnoes: I bet your back is taking a pounding through all the one rep maxes you do each week. It wouldn't hurt to go lower in weight like you said and get 6 reps out of it. Looking forward to the chest session buddy :D

Collossal back workout bro. Those underhand chins are really strong man. There a very good exercise, i did them yesterday and man my upper lats are screwed over! Barbell rows are extremely impressive btw what angle do you position your body to the floor, conventional near 45 or higher? mines about 70 with an underhand grip and that murders my lats. Heavy pulldowns and those shrugs are heavy ass man :hsughr:

thanks alot lance:2: i position my body in a regular 45 degree angle or slightly lower, and pull into my gut with a overhand grip:) i have yet to do underhand barbell rows regularly, ive tried em and i dont really like em, feel it to much in my biceps, and ive heard they put unnecessary strain on that area.

Free weight barbell squats: ATG, rock bottom on every rep.

2 warmup sets

leg extensions supersetted with bodyweigth squats

pump was intense beyond belief:ugh:

stiff legged deadlifts:

lying leg curls:

dont know why i even bothered doing those lying leg curls, had nothing left at this point:ugh:

thats it, did 20 minutes of moderate intensity walkiing on the incline treadmill to get the worst lactic acid out of my legs. speed was about 7kmh. highest incline.

ill be sure to check everyones log later tonight, dont have time right now. thanks for the support guys:tiphat:

and btw essensen, im working atm, ill most likely go in the army in january tough so that means a break from the weights:crymeariver:

awesome leg session like usually Bulkboy, squats atg fucking rules and legs extensions in superset with bodyw squats are insane!! keep it up bro :2:
