Awesome workouts lately man! I can't believe your deadlift strength. Its gone through the roof I bet your back is taking a pounding through all the one rep maxes you do each week. It wouldn't hurt to go lower in weight like you said and get 6 reps out of it. Looking forward to the chest session buddy

Collossal back workout bro. Those underhand chins are really strong man. There a very good exercise, i did them yesterday and man my upper lats are screwed over! Barbell rows are extremely impressive btw what angle do you position your body to the floor, conventional near 45 or higher? mines about 70 with an underhand grip and that murders my lats. Heavy pulldowns and those shrugs are heavy ass man
