Hey man, haha, lemme tell you it's rough seeing those weights in kg's! But thank goodness for science class right.

Anyway, nice weights and monster workout. Looks solid! Ahh leg raises, great hip flexer exercise, same with crunches. The abs play more of a role in stabilization then overload. A great workout that I used to bring out my abs through global were barbell swings.

Ever heard of them? I need others to try this baby out.

Picle: hell yeah it went up bro:D about backing off, nope, form was still acceptable enough to keep moving up, but im moving up in smaller increments, next time will be 212,5. if my form is not good enough there then i will back off the weight for awhile:)

flat barbell bench press: dont really have a routine here anymore, just mixing back and forth, anyone have a good bench routine?

incline bench press 30 degree angle( bar to the neck)

Good benching! How about 5 x 5 - i've been pretty sucessfull with that and it seems to do good for a lot of people. It's quite simple - you start off by putting a weight you know for sure you can do 5 sets x 5 reps with. Then you increase the wight and when you hit a weight you can do for maybe 5 sets x 5, 5, 4, 4, 3 reps - you hit that same weight again in your next session till you can do it for 5 x 5 - and then it's time to move up again.

It can potentially give some pretty decent gains.

Ironheart: thanks man, ye went pretty heavy for me anyways. but i need to find a good benching program. it was just totally random. i like following a schedule for those basic heavy movements.

Essensen: thanks for visiting bro:2: ye ive done 5x5 before, and it served me quite well, what i dont like about it is that its kinda boring, doing that same weight set after set. who knows i might give it a try again, thanks for input:)

El Freako: we have a deal then:keke: u get to suck on my lollipop, and postpone the kneebusting:49: anyways, smolov, not for me m8, i dont have that kind of guts, im not out to kill myself like u are:49: i would probably just overtrain and hate myself, besides i would have to sacrifice alot of other aspects of my training, and the ultimate goal for me is still hypertrophy, not maximal strenght.

Barbell Torque's (swings)

Here's a description for ya:
Place an Olympic bar in a wall corner. Place a towel in the corner to avoid damaging the walls or the bar. Place a weight (you may not need to add any weight when first attempting this exercise) on the end of the bar and hold it up at arm's length. Set your base a little wider than shoulder width and lean slightly forward into the weight. Rotate to your right as you start to lower the load down and outside your right knee. Your left heel will rise off the floor as you lower and your shoulders should follow your hands. Forcefully raise the weight back up and over to the other side and repeat.

Rage: ye gotta love bulking, much more energy, so its easier to push those weights:) still need to bring those squats up, people tend to think i can squat 180 kg when they see my legs, but fact is i couldnt even get 170 for a single. well well, lets hope they come up.

the KM: thanks heaps dude:) look interesting:) i may try em out:) i have basically been doing the same ab routine for half a year now. luckily its one of my stronger bodyparts, so havent seen the need to be intuitive about my ab trainining. but variation never hurts anyone:)

Essensen: thanks m8:D my squats are atleast to paralell, or slightly below. i dont go atg, but i tend to come down alittle more than paralell.
