You're doing well on that shoulder work Bulky, I'm impressed. I haven't done direct shoulder work for a month so I don't want to know how weak mine have got.

i thought i would post this pic here, just a side leg shot, dont think ive ever posted that before. think ive made some improvements to my hams lately. this pic is a month old, just havent gotten around to posting it.

ahaha, that my friend is not gonna happend:49: i doubt i can get 125 kg in regular bench atm, and close grip? no way, lol. doubt ill go any higher than 100 kg today.

u may expect a 210 kg deadlift though;)

great balance in the legs bulky and your back double bis is thick back is getting better then your legs which is saying heaps.

nice 80kg on overheads as well. Nail that 210 deadlift

watch a powerlifting movie, like Arcane posted a while back ..the pain of powerlifting or some clips with awesome lifts, i think it will be better ... referring for your today session..DEADS

here is todays workout:)

conventional deadlifts off the floor:

210kgx1:hsughr: damn i was happy, it was heavy as hell, and my form could have been better, but i got it up, and locked it out, so i sure am claiming it:methman:

close grip bench press:

80kgx7
90kgx5
100kgx4
80kgx7

scullcrushers:

40kgx8
45kgx6
52,5kgx4

rope pushdowns:

20kgx10
30kgx10
35kgx7 --->20kgx14

olympic barbell curls:

40kgx10
50kgx7
60kgx2 damnit
50kgx5

seated incline db curls:

17,5kgx9
20kgx8
22,5kgx5 oh heavy

dumbell consentration curls:

15kgx11 for my left arm and 9 for my right arm
17,5kgx8 for my left arm and 6 for my right arm

trying to balance out alittle.

did a bunch of situps supersetted with some hanging leg raises and thats it for this week. good weekend everyone, gotta get to work now, so ill drop by everyones log later today or tomorrow:tiphat:

Seriously nice deadlift dude - especially considering your BW :) Overall great session as well, but you really did a good job on the deadlift!

Btw - how do you split your training up ?

Essensen: thanks m8:2: as for my split it looks like this:

day1: chest and calves
day2: back(rowing and high pulls)+abs
day3: legs
day4: delts and calves
day5: deadlifts and arms+abs

been doing it for sometime now, and i like it:) i like getting deadlifts on its own day, cuz im barely able to do anything after those, cuz i go all out on em.

Ironheart: hehe, thanks bro:) about me outdeadlifting u i wouldnt worry, i still have a looong way to go before im anywhere near doing 220 for reps like u do. thanks for commenting bro:2:

Prince: thanks man, was very happy with that deadlift. my lower back is killing me today(in a good way) so must have done something right:)

tKD: step by step thats right man, next week i think im only gonna add 2,5 kg to the bar, not 5 as i have been doing. the reason is 210 was pretty heavy, and im not sure if i will be able to get 215 next week, so i think it will be better to just progress in smaller increments. thanks for all the support man:)

you got it bud! congrats for moving the 210! If you know ur form could of been better does that mean ur gonna back off on the weight for a while?
