thanks alot bro:2: yeah im quite amazed myself of the progress ive made on my deadlifts, thing is i havent done them that long, so i guess im entitled to alittle progress there. but still, last bulk when i was 92 kg i could only deadlift 180 kg for 2 at my best, right now i could probably do 180kg for 4-6 and i weigh 10 kg less. so im very happy with that, focused alot on technique and low reps and just been taking it slow. next week i will try for 210, lets hope it comes up:xyxthumbs:

i use an overhand grip on deads, not a locking grip, so i prefer to use straps on my heaviest sets. today i lifted without straps all the way up to 165 kg, and then i got em on. i dont wanna compromise back development cuz of my grip:tiphat:

Grats on the deads mate. Once you start increasing them it becomes like a poison and you gotta try break it every other session: )

Mikew: damn straight bro, there is no better feeling than pulling up alot of weight on the deads. i feel like im on top of the world when i get it off the floor and i finally manage to lock it out:) definetely my new favourite exercise:2:

well, gonna do chest later today, gotta get down one more meal first, and then ill be in the gym 2-3 hours from now:2: should be a good one.

didnt take any sets to failure today, my left shoulder was bugging me alittle again, still a good workout when i got into it.

Flat barbell bench press:

2 warmup sets

60kgx12
70kgx10
80kgx8
90kgx8
100kgx3
110kgx1
110kgx1
80kgx12

incline smith press: (bar to the neck)

65kgx10
80kgx6
90kgx6

dips:

mex10
me+20kgx8
me+40kgx3
me+30kgx6

high incline db press:

30kgx9 rest 30 seconds--->30kgx5

did 6 sets of standing and seated calf raises and thats it:)

You can break that 120kg bench once again,
try without the working sets prior to the one repper. Maybe reverse the de-escalation reprange:
115kgx1 alot heavier than 117,5 last week, christ

thanks i guess, dont worry dude, today i could have gone heavier, 110 kg was infact very easy, but i wanna stimulate hypertrophy u know, and therefore i do most of my sets in the 6-12 range, but as i said, my left shoulder was bugging me alittle, so decided to take it easy. and i like to pyramid up to get into it and determine where im at. okok, ill go for 120 kg again next week. happy now:wutyousay:

wow many sets on bench press, i would have tought that you would do more with 100kg but still real good. doesn´t it hurt the shoulder going to the neck with the bar on incline???
real good session like always. i think i´ll try bench press too today

the 100 kg set wasnt near failure mate:) i can do 100 kg for 6-8 reps if i go all out, but i wanted to conserve energy for the heavier sets, and i had already done alot of sets, so i was pretty tired:) no, i dont think bringing the bar to the neck hurt my shoulder, the flat bench bugs my shoulders more to be honest. u should try doing it though, i feel the strain solely on my upper pecs, which is a part of my physique i think i have brought up tremendously over the last few months.
