we all have those dayz, good that you got some pump doing this, even tho the session wasn´t so good with you, it was pretty darn big session for being drunk on the weekend

didnt feel too good today either actually, feels like im low on energy lately. i never feel really recovered, and im pretty tired outside the gym too. todays session was ok though.

nice chins and rows BB, about your energy and being tired, maybe this has to do with the weather, because i feel the same when is hot outside, temperatures over 34 degrees celcius and a very high humidity, aren't so good for training and it's killing me lol..sometimes the air conditioned at the gym doesn't work :angrydude:, but great session overall, keep it up bro :2:

those bb rows and shrugs are really good, despite the low energy it looked like a solid session, hope you get better tomorrow

I find during bulking a regimen that allows you to hit the muscles more frequently is more effective.

UB/LB, 3 split? Have a look at Tunen's way of training, tried that a while earlier and I must say it really surprised me.

And how's it like working as a gigolo? Are the tips good? :)

yeah maybe ur right, feels like ive been doing this split forever now. and hell im open to try out something new. i dont know about tunens training, obviously it works for him, but im not that strenght focused, and im not up for getting to technical about it. im definetely open for an UB/LB split though, either that or HIT. i may take next week off, cuz i feel like im overtrained pretty bad. i havent taken time off in like half a year, and have been bombing away with 20+ sets to failure all the time:49: my recovery ability is pretty good but right now i feel like i may need a break. im tired pretty much all the time.

All sessions this week look good bro. Not had time to check them. Youre shrugging a massive amount there mate and that military press looks great.I'm sorry about your monday workout, you must have felt like shit due to the drinking, lack of sleep and food. I think you do need a lay off mate, esp since you've not had one for ages and you do a ton of volume. Whilst you are off too keep your calories up and review your training, maybe change training stlyles or cut your volume a lil, i know it will be hard though :keke:
