Essensen: welcome to the log bro, thanks for positive feedback, hope u keep checking in
my lower back was really stiff today after back training yesterday, must have been the bentover rows. anyway, i decided to go lighter and take it easy, still, the intensity was good, and my legs were pumped so im happy
leg extensions: (decided to preexhaust the quads and make the squats harder so i could relieve my lower back of some stress)

thats it, did some stretching and 20 minutes of walking on an incline treadmill. delts tomorrow, pretty easy day...
Very good work on the shrugs, bb rows and squats. I agree with you on the stiff deads, I have also never been bothered by them by having my lower back take much of the work. My hams though gets quite sore
Ps. We seem to have the same schedule this week. Back, legs and tomorrow delts
El Freako: thanks bud ye was pleased with them actually, and man im feeling it in my hams today
tKD: thanks! ye the squats felt pretty good although i didnt go as heavy this time. felt it more in my quads. think ill be doing extensions first next time too
philo: appreciate u checking in bud
mikew: as they say, great minds think alike
Picle: hey bro! thanks for dropping by my log, appreciate that
Sceptic: thanks bro, ye ive been getting better at those. i still cant do more than 15-16 with my own bodyweight, but i like adding weight to em, so i can work in a lower rep range and induce some lat growth with em
the KM: welcome to the log bro, and thanks for the compliment, i do my best
Hypo: ye it was a good workout bro, my legs and glutes are sore as hell today.
okeydokey, now im gonna have a meal, and then ill hit delts in about an hour and a half. ill post it up when i get back. thanks for all the support everyone, and ill check ur logs later today
Good leg-session dude! I have the same thing with stiffed legged deadlift. My lower back can be hit by serious doms - but I will still be able to do it; it only hits my hams - and it hits 'em really well
Essensen: thanks for dropping by, ye stiffies are amazing, they work tremendously well for me. feel theyve added alot of size to my hams lately. only thing i hate is they massacre my hams so bad i cant seem to do anything on leg curls afterwards lol.
today session:
Standing barbell military press:
2 warmup sets
50kgx12
60kgx10
70kgx6
80kgx3 this weight is still too heavy
60kgx8
60kgx7 defintely feeling stronger on this one, 60 kg felt like nothing today
standing dumbell side lateral raises:
17,5kgx12
20kgx10
22,5kgx6--->15kgx12
rear delt machine:
30kgx12
40kgx10
50kgx6--->30kgx10
upright rows:
40kgx10
45kgx6 felt ridicolously heavy, nothing left in the lateral heads after the lateral raises...
did 4 sets of standing calf raises working up to 190kg for 15 reps and supersetted those with some seated calf raises.
