BGL:thanks bro:) haha yeah, we are both increasing weekly now, gotta love bulking:D and i gotta keep up with u so ill keep pushing:2: my knee isnt feeling too bad now, it was mostly before the workout, but when i got warm and now afterwards i cant feel much:)

El freako: i go to paralell on squats, sometimes i might dip alittle below paralell. but im pretty consistent with my depth. ATG is not for me, i did it before and it was hell for my lower back. on the close stance smith squats i dont go to paralell, im alittle above, cuz im focusing on my quads and constant tension.

Well as long as you use slow and steady form you should be able to go as deep as you want, but I'm sure you already know this.

ye my form is pretty damn solid, i always go pretty controlled on the negative. i dont really have a need to go ATG though, i dont wanna grow my butt even bigger:49: also i really feel im not constructed for it. paralell suits me fine. thing is ive had knee pain before, its just something that shows up from time to time, nothing to serious, just gotta listen to my body alittle when it tells me to take it alittle easier:)

tKD: thanks bro, gonna keep pushing it, and hopefully theyll come up alot this bulk:)

Prize: thanks bro:D gotta get them bigger though:D

Samsam: great to have u in my log bro:2: im gonna give u update pics on the wheels dont worry:gaygay: right now im bulking again, so i doubt my conditioning is as good as in my avatar anymore. i still got separation in the legs, but their is some more water and fat there now i guess:) update pics will come as i progress in my bulk. i started bulking 3-4 weeks ago, and i wanna put on some more weight before i bother taking pics:) about taking something stronger than creatine, offcourse, i have considered it, its obviously tempting to baloon up fast, like i see alot of other guys do, and i will most likely do a cycle later on. right now i think im too young, and i am still improving naturally. besides its a good feeling to honestly be able to say to myself that all that i have built is naturally and with hard work:)

Rageking: ye that pump felt great, im not feeling to great today though, my legs are sore to the touch:D

thanks alot buddy:) ye, i was really focusing on keeping my back straight and only press with my shoulders, but balance was a issue, i guess my technique will improve when i do em regularly for abit:) theyll come up, needed a break from the smith, was getting tired of doing the presses there:tiphat:

strong military presses BB, always when i go from smith machine to free barbell weight, balance is a problem :keke:, but it's not a big deal.. after a few days or a week everything is coming to normal.
good job bro :2:

Awesome session bro! Those presses were super strong! And i bet it did feel different doing them standing as apposed to the seated smith press. Heavy lateral raises and those upright rows are the same as mine lol

Good work buddy :2:

tKD: thanks bro:) yeah i think they will come up when i get to doing em abit more regularly:2: gotten used to the smith:)

Lance: thanks as always for checking my log bro:D yeah i was infact quite pleased with the standing military, 80 kg was abit too heavy though, think ill stick with 70 kg next time and work up. locking that last rep out on 80 kg was too hard.

Banshee: awesome to have u in my log girl:D the sexiness in here just went up dramatically:D ye i was happy with the side laterals, now lets just hope that the extra weight on em transfers to more mass on my lateral heads, which i need:)

Rage: ye it felt good to do something other than the smith, i think variation is key, when i get tired of a movement, and i feel its boring doing it i swithc it around. motivation is key to increase:)

Max: thanks for dropping by bro:)
