Ironheart: thanks alot bro:) yeah, cant wait to try 200 kg next week. right now my lower back is so fried i can barely think about more deadlifting:D but a week of recovery and ill get it:)

Rageking: thanks heaps bro, was pretty pleased with the arm workout actually. it was heavy shit after the deadlifting(everything is) but i think it went well:) thanks for the comment about my avi. its a somewhat old pic, about a month old, but im at pretty much the same conditioning level now so:) gonna get them legs even bigger this bulk though:D

damn those deadz where crazy whoa. guess the food your eating is doing you good, back to forcefeeding?? those curls where really good not sure i can do 55kg bb curl and overall really nice session

haha, yeah extra calories, carbs and fat sure helps bro:xyxthumbs: i feel like a different person now as opposed to the later stages of my diet where everything was heavy, and i mean everything. im not exactly forcefeeding myself this time, im trying to put on some good weight without too much bf, so im kinda keeping my diet somewhat clean u know, still a cheating day or two a week. but for the most part i stick with good sources, im just eating alot more of em.:) it sure feels good not walking around hungry all the time though:49:

Thats what I´m planning to do as well. Keep it simple, don´t exaggerate, and slowly increase the body weight.

Awesome workouts mate! That chest session is brutal, benches are really heavy and dips! wtf 50kg! strong man.

The back workout was great stuff. As always heavy ass barbell rows, stacking the pullover machine and those shrugs are awesome! 155kg god damn it!

Your doing some heavy ass workouts. Your almost always in the 3-5 rep range on compound exercises. Way to go.

BGL: thanks heaps as always bro;) those dips were alittle too heavy though, 2 reps is alittle too low, i think im gonna stick with 40 kg next time and just stay there until i can get 6-8 solid reps with it:2:

Mikew: yeah bro, i think low reps have their place. i try to utilize all rep ranges, varying from down to 1-2 and up to 15-20. low reps gives me more strenght and i think getting stronger on the basics is key:)

took it alittle easier today, my left knee was hurting alittle so decided to stay on 140 kg on squats. no failure sets. still a good workout and my legs were pumped too hell.

almost 10 minutes on the treadmill to get those legs nice and ready:)

free weight barbell squats(normal stance)

2 warmup sets

smith machine squats(narrow stance)

leg extensions:

Sorry to hear about your knee bro, just gove it rest and it'l be alright. Awesome workout nontheless. Heavy squats, and those leg extenstions are fantastic! Lying leg curls are really heavy and those SLD are supreme buddy. Great job buddy :2:

P.S. Everytime i look at this log, your weights are more or less the same as mine bro, whenever i increase weight, you do too with similar rep ranges!

How deep were you going on squats? Could that have been the problem?
