Way to go on the bench buddy. About the spotter, thats a real good thing to have sometimes. I remember almost getting stuck on a weight that usually is no problem for me :)

damn, that is scary, howd it go man?

i remember it happend to me once, i was doing 100 kg, and on the 7th rep i just couldnt get it up, the 6th was easy so i thought i had 2 more atleast, but no way...

lucky for me it was only 100 kg, i had to roll the bar down to my thighs and lift myself up of the bench. that was scary:ughnoes:

thanks hypo, what u mean the warmups are insane? i wouldnt say 5 minutes on the treadmill is that big of an achievement, even though my endurance could be better:keke:

awesome rows there, both bb bent over and machine rows looks amazing, heavy weights were used today i see, shrugs, wide grip pulldowns plus those chins with extra weight, job once again well done, keep it up bro :2:

Dump the wide pulldowns though, you seem strong enough to do wide pullups too.

El Freako: thanks for checking in bro. i wont dump the wide grip pulldowns. i like them and feel they contribute to overall lat width. as far as wide grip pullups go i wont do em. first of all i dont like em and i actually feel narrow chins hits my lats more. second of all i think they are hazardous to my shoulders. i remember doing em before and having shoulder pain, and when i took em out my shoulders got better. with wide grip pulldowns i feel it more in my upper back and is better able to contract anyways:2:

thanks heaps lance:tiphat: yeah those barbell shrugs were painful thats for sure, my traps were on fire after the 20th rep but i just kept going until i couldnt get another good rep. gotta make those traps real swollen. i want the no neck syndrome right now:angrydude:

Rage: thanks bro, ive always been a volume trainer, but i do try to limit myself alittle. i dont wanna go past that point of no return, where additional sets inhibit my recovery. i think i may have done that yesterday by doing over 20 sets for lats. im so sore today its ridicolous:/

Lion: thanks bro, yeah my back was a massacre. and im sure feeling it today, lats hurt to the touch and my traps christ they hurt...

Ironheart: thanks man, ye was pretty pleased with the bentover rows. maintained strict form and they sure beat up my middle back:)

seated leg curls:
