Way to go on the bench buddy. About the spotter, thats a real good thing to have sometimes. I remember almost getting stuck on a weight that usually is no problem for me

Awesome workout man Those benches were great man! i think you could of done the 120kg but i know you could'nt of done it without a spotter. You'll be doing that soon though. Your strength is really coming on man, good job buddy
Nice workout bro. Heavy weight on those chins, Heavy rows as usual and those pulldowns are awesome. Fuck me 100kg barbell shrugs drops set for 27 reps!! they must have been on fire! you sure have got some strong traps pal
El Freako: thanks for checking in bro. i wont dump the wide grip pulldowns. i like them and feel they contribute to overall lat width. as far as wide grip pullups go i wont do em. first of all i dont like em and i actually feel narrow chins hits my lats more. second of all i think they are hazardous to my shoulders. i remember doing em before and having shoulder pain, and when i took em out my shoulders got better. with wide grip pulldowns i feel it more in my upper back and is better able to contract anyways
