Im impressed with your workouts lately. 20kg side laterals is a lot of weight, so you are forgiven : )

NOW! todays session was good, very good, i had little food in me and had to go early, but for some reason i was more energetic than ive been in awhile. here is how it went
10 minutes of treadmill and rotator cuff exercises...
Deadlifts off the floor:
2 warmup sets

150kgx4
160kgx3
170kgx2
185kgx1 felt ligthter than 180 last week
190kgx1 yup yup, im not gonna say it was easy, but it sure as hell wasnt as hard as i thought it would be. got it nicely off the floor, the lockout was alittle more problematic, but i managed to get it. next week 195 kg will be mine:techn9ne: bodyweight is still only 82 kg so i got more to go on.
moved on to arms, and decided to start with tricep:
Close grip bench press:
2 warmup sets
70kgx8
80kgx6
90kgx5
90kgx4 perfect form, no failure sets.
scullcrushers:

45kgx5

seated incline dumbell curls:

15kgx12 rested 30 seconds before this set...
narrow grip cable curl:

that was it, arms were finished. did 4 sets of calf raises and 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill. now its weekend, im gonna recuperate all i can, carb up, and then hit chest hard on monday
