NOW! todays session was good, very good, i had little food in me and had to go early, but for some reason i was more energetic than ive been in awhile. here is how it went:xyxthumbs:

10 minutes of treadmill and rotator cuff exercises...

Deadlifts off the floor:

2 warmup sets

130kgx6
140kgx5
150kgx4
160kgx3
170kgx2
185kgx1 felt ligthter than 180 last week
190kgx1 yup yup, im not gonna say it was easy, but it sure as hell wasnt as hard as i thought it would be. got it nicely off the floor, the lockout was alittle more problematic, but i managed to get it. next week 195 kg will be mine:techn9ne: bodyweight is still only 82 kg so i got more to go on.

moved on to arms, and decided to start with tricep:

Close grip bench press:

2 warmup sets

70kgx8
80kgx6
90kgx5
90kgx4 perfect form, no failure sets.

scullcrushers:

30kgx8
40kgx9
45kgx5
45kgx3 its coming up:imcoolurnot:

rope pushdowns: nice finisher, just to get those lateral heads poppin:techn9ne:

10kgx30(dropset)

triceps were pumped to hell, so moved on to bis

Olympic BB curls:

2 warmup sets

40kgx6

50kgx4
55kgx4 + one with back swinging

seated incline dumbell curls:

20kgx6 each hand
22,5kgx5
15kgx12 rested 30 seconds before this set...

narrow grip cable curl:

20kgx18

that was it, arms were finished. did 4 sets of calf raises and 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill. now its weekend, im gonna recuperate all i can, carb up, and then hit chest hard on monday:xyxthumbs:

Well man, thats what the offseason does too you, makes you as strong as a bull, and your going in the right frigging direction matey.

Yeh man, im trying to keep up with you too, on every exercise really man, were level, thanks for pushing me in the gym now, i know i'll be pushing myself next week on those deads! :xyxthumbs:

:keke:thanks bro, was pretty happy about the deadlift for sure. now i think 195 may go up next week. as for 200, thats more uncertain. ill just take it slowly, and focus on 195 and if i get it then 200 could be within reach in 2 weeks:techn9ne:

first i do some high rep lateral raises both front and back and to the side, then i do some external and internal rotations:tiphat:

Lion: thanks man:) yeah was quite pleased with the dips, they felt heavy today though, alot heavier than last time, but i did have 5 kg more in the belt so i guess thats to be expected:) especially locking out was hard, but i got em, and im definetely trying 50 kg next week, even if i can only get a rep or two with it:keke:

thanks bro, ye im going pretty heavy on the bench nowadays(for me anyway) i wish i had a spotter though, cuz i think i could have gotten up an extra 5 kg, but i dont wanna get stuck when im by myself, so have to be alittle careful and gauge my strenght as i go along. thanks for commenting buddy:tiphat:

Way to go on the bench buddy. About the spotter, thats a real good thing to have sometimes. I remember almost getting stuck on a weight that usually is no problem for me :)
