pretty solid workout there buddy, but i gotta ask about the singles in the bench, any point doing those sets???
TKD: thanks again for ur continiued log love about the incline, i do like the normal degree better, but i need to focus on the form to get it right, i bring the bar to the neck, and then focus on squeezing the upper pecs. the high incline brings in alot the delts, but i do feel that it have contributed to improving my upper chest, which is where i feel i have made the most improvements this year. i no longer consider chest a major weakpoint
