yeah. doing legs after back is hard, but remember i dont do deads on back day, so my lower back aint that beat up, so squatting isnt that bad as long as i warm up thoroughly:tiphat: i have been using this split all the way through my diet phases, and so far it has served me well, i do get worried that im doing too much though, and i will most likely change things around pretty soon:xyxthumbs:

Hey mate, great workout there. them incline presses are very impressive man! Yeh man i think the flat bench is fundamental in slabbing on meat on your chest. just keep progressing week by week and your strength will come up. thats the reason why i have started to do flat bench now.

Btw, the bulk started today, not drastically, but about 3000 kcals a day and started creatine today as well :methman:

thanks man, i actually feel the bench isnt that optimal for me, cuz im very delt dominant, and the decline press tends to do more for my chest, but i do like the flat bench, and im focusing on form and trying to make the chest work more for me:)

awesome to hear that the bulk is on, Creatine and more carbs, awesome stuff bro:xyxthumbs: gotta get ur log rolling buddy:imcoolurnot:

Yeh, my training partner is the same as you. But he has still built up an appreciable amount of weight now by focusing on his form.

Yeh, wasnt sure if to carry on dieting, but whats the point sacrificing more muscle. might as well get bigger. And im not doing any loading with the creatine so results wont be as dramatic

dont worry dude, loading is not necessary at all. it does bring about results faster, but if u can wait for two or three weeks, then skip the loading and just take in 5-10 g per day:tiphat:

today was back day, had to train early in the morning so wasnt sure how it would turn out, but a couple of cups of black coffee and a shitload of oatmeal got the job done:D here we go...

Chins:

bent over barbell rows:
2 warm up sets

80kgx10
90kgx8
100kgx6
110kgx4

wide grip pulldowns to the front:

60kgx12
70kgx10
85kgx8 dropset--->60kgx10

machine rows(hammer grip)

80kgx12
110kgx10

pullovers in machine:

60kgx12
85kgx9 heavy:ugh:

by this time my lats were toast, stretched alittle and then moved on to traps

Barbell shrugs:
1 warmup set

thanks as always everyone for stopping by, and supporting me:tiphat:

Legs:warmed up with 5 minutes of jogging and some bodyweight squats

Squats:

2 warm up sets

100kgx10
120kgx8
140kgx5
140kgx3 fuck, i placed the bar wrong and it hurt my neck like hell, so racked it
1 minute rest

breathing squats:100kgx17:ugh:

barbell hack squats:

85kgx8
85kgx8
90kgx5 heavy for sure

leg extensions:

30kgx12
35kgx10
40kgx9 dropset--->20kgx14

quads were done, moved on to hamstring...

stiff leg deadlifts:

100kgx8
110kgx6 feel im really getting the hang on these now, they really massacred my hams today...

lying leg curls:

30kgx8
35kgx8
40kgx6, no juice left in the hams today:(

seated leg curls:

50kgxwhatever
50kgxwhatever, this machine is easy, and it only goes to 50 kg, so i dont really bother counting reps, but most of the time i do more than 15

for calves i did my usual superset of standing and seated calf raises, took both the standing calf raises sets to total failure, so my calves burned nicely.

did 15 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill at the end. i dont know about u guys, but i feel like walking alittle after training legs wears off the worst soreness the following days:tiphat: tomorrow is delts, until then:2:
