yeah. doing legs after back is hard, but remember i dont do deads on back day, so my lower back aint that beat up, so squatting isnt that bad as long as i warm up thoroughly i have been using this split all the way through my diet phases, and so far it has served me well, i do get worried that im doing too much though, and i will most likely change things around pretty soon
