Hey pal, sorry to hear about your shoulder, itl be fine, mine was hurting abit the other day and its ok now.
As far as that workout though, it looks great, i know what its like to train first thing in the morning, its fucking wank. i always train about 6 in the evening.
Great fucking presses man! you could of even got more if you WENT TO FAILURE lol
Those close-grip benches are great also man and its nice your employing a bit of drop sets in the workout
