ok guys, did chest today.

decided to get back to the good old flat bench again, after having done the decline for awhile. just took it really light, and aiming for increasing gradually from week to week.

Flat barbell press:

warmup...

power pyramid

70kgx6
75kgx5
80kgx4
85kgx3
90kgx2
95kgx1
100kgx1
50kgx15 speed reps with pause in the bottom, just for fun...

everything felt light and good, nothing close to failure. increasing next week. was good benching alittle again.

incline barbell press:

55kgx8
75kgx6
90kgx4 felt good, perfect form, slow and down to the neck.

Dips:

me+35kgx7
me+35kgx6
me+35kgx4 dropset--->mex9

incline machine flyes:

55kgx14
55kgx12

stretched the chest good and did 6 sets for calves and 3 sets for abs before i took a brisk walk on the treadmill on the highest incline. just 15-20 minutes, wanna maintain an ok cardivascular condition this year:techn9ne:

ok tomorrow is back and traps. looking forward to it, although i have to train early cuz of work later in the day. just gotta get down some coffee i guess. c you around guys:xyxthumbs:

thanks bro, the benching was pretty light, im not gonna claim im a good bencher cuz im not, but i can guarantee i can do more than that, but as i said im taking it slow, just started bulking, and i havent done the flat bench in a couple off weeks, so wasnt sure where exactly my strenght was. i will definetely up it next week. and yeah i would use dumbells too for the incline if i had heavier dbs then 30 kgs lol:ugh: thanks as always for checking in bro:tiphat:

yeah, i think back is so tiring, and i dont feel like doing much after deadlifts, so i have my own day with deads and arms. my split goes like this:

day 1: chest, calves
day 2: back(middle and high pulls)
day 3: legs, calves
day 4: shoulders and maybe tricep
day 5: arms and deads and calves

saturday and sunday are off days for me:xyxthumbs:

I cant work my legs after back day ,but if that works for you then great. How long have you been using this?
I had somewhat same split last year doing lowerback(deads) with hammies and biceps.I did that about 2 months..then i realized i wasnt recovering from the sessions as i should have so i had to make a changes. It was good for about 6 weeks or so.

I know its hard to hit rows after doing heavy deads:49:

yeah. doing legs after back is hard, but remember i dont do deads on back day, so my lower back aint that beat up, so squatting isnt that bad as long as i warm up thoroughly:tiphat: i have been using this split all the way through my diet phases, and so far it has served me well, i do get worried that im doing too much though, and i will most likely change things around pretty soon:xyxthumbs:
